Phoenix Business Enterprise is a 100% Black female owned organisation, which has been in existence since 2014. We are currently operating in Gauteng but plan to develop and be functional in all the other provinces in the near future. Phoenix Business Enterprise is a full service Events and Communications company with other divisions such as Image Consulting and Travel agency .

We have a clear understanding and track record to match of how communication should be integrated into a business strategy and all communication elements ultimately work together to achieve success. We provide a one-stop solution with capabilities and skills to provide the best possible solutions across all platforms.

Refiloe Sesoko is the founder and Managing Director of the organization. She comes with over 8 years experience and qualifications from different sectors of the services Phoenix provides. Refiloe in is a very diligent lady with lots of aspirations and dreams. She is result driven with a lot of passion in what she wants to achieve. She has had the opportunity to work on big events such as SunMet, Nedbank Golf Challenge, Joburg Open tournaments and many more.

Phoenix Enterprise also utilises Consultants as well as employing workers on a project basis from HDI groups in order to advance the BBBEE policies. Staffs are recruited in the local area where we obtain our contracts so as to empower and benefit local communities.

Social Responsibility

Training is one of the main tasks that our company will undertake to ensure that we train people so that they can be able to sustain themselves in the future and utilize their skills even after our projects are completed.
Labour for our projects is sourced in the local communities where projects are obtained so as to empower local people and utilize their acquired skills in various projects.
Ensuring that we give back to the community by pledging to local organisations supporting HIV/AIDS related efforts.
Recruit and Train underprivileged youth in the fields we service.
